A Glimpse

You in my dreams,

A touch of gold,

A new story to unfold.

You dressed in formals,

I caught a glimpse,

You looked so good ever since.

Lifted my heart alive,

The smile you wore,

Felt something like never before.

We shook hands,

I felt so fortunate,

The lunch, a bliss,

Certainly there was nothing to miss.

We said goodbye,

Into your arms I rushed,

I believe in you,

It’s you who I trust.

You Have Me

When the flowers bloom,

The air so sweet,

Even if you can’t see,

Don’t worry you’ll always have me.

When the sun rays,

Die down the horizon,

And tired you feel,

Don’t worry I’ll be your shield.

When the colours change,

And you begin to fall,

Bringing heaps of hope,

I’ll be at your call.

When the nights are cold,

Snowflakes begin to form,

Even when you want to moan,

I’ll be there, you’ll never be alone.

A Page Of my Mom’s Diary-Poem 3

I always wondered from where did I get the hobby of writing poems but then I came across this diary kept at my grandparents house. This diary was written by my mom, I never really knew she could write so well .So this is one the most amazing poem and my favourite one written by my mom.

A cup of tea,

A morning kiss,

A basket full of roses,

The day starts with a bliss.

The sun so bright,

A peaceful gap,

My daughter comes home,

We love, we play, together we nap.

He comes back home,

We’re all hand in hand,

An evening strole,

Our barefoot on the sand.

The silent moon,

A mother, a wife,

Yesterday was a dream,

And now my whole life.

A Page From my Mom’s Diary-Poem 2

I always wondered from where did I get the hobby of writing poems but then I came across this diary kept at my grandparents house. This diary was written by my mom, I never really knew she could write so well .So this is one the most amazing poem written by mom about the time I was born.

Her sweet cries,

Joyous tears,

All the while rings,

Drives away my fears.

The delicate touch,

She curls in my lap,

Sweet the dreams,

Long the nap.

She loves to have milk,

Then she burps,

She laughs her way out,

The smile on my face returns.

I lift her in my arms,

I sing her the lullabies,

Always by my side,

Her smiles, Her cries.
